    Hello,

My name is Alex Morris and I’m a post-graduate student in London studying journalism. I am currently researching for an online feature on the recent human rights history in Iran, particularly focusing on the government’s control over freedom of speech. I am keen to get numerous points of view across, as the piece is to be published on my University website as part of the Human Rights module.

I was wondering if you would care to participate in the piece with an interview – via e-mail. Any contributions would be greatly appreciated. I can be contacted on alex_morris2007@hotmail.co.uk .

    Thanks very much, Alex Morris.

    Hey Saleh.

I personally hated the article. I know its supposed to be showing something different, but I dont think it does. Iran is a nice country, sure. But who that isnt heavily brainwashed doesnt think so? And is it thanks to Iran being a nice country that no war will occur? Dont you think it will anyway?

He abuses of people’s trust saying he has been to Iran, that he has no prejudices and has heard everything from the “other side”. But according to him what the “other side” has to show is the exact same thing the western powers have been longing for for 30 years: the dissolution of an Iran that’s independent from foreigner’s interests and that is not secular indeed, but a shelter for spiritual and human values.

I see no difference at all in his purposes. He says everyone wants the government out, that everyone is secular and hates the Revolution. I have also been to Iran, and I indeed met some like that, BUT when talking to them while I express my admiration for their ways and explained them my reasons to praise what they’ve been doing for 30 years, they all realized that what they are doing is good, and have been inspired by the way I look at your country. Refreshed in some way.

This journalist wants to imply all the time that he is so objective, but when he went to Iran, did he ever stopped to think about another way of seeing the government and its results in society? He says Iran is the most pro-western country in the world, but didnt he learn anything from all the Iranian culture spreaded throughout the Persian land in which you can see that the Persian is not a western culture, but something unique and original that stands on its own? Iranians love their culture many times more than the western culture, which many more dont like. With such a spirit in his mind of course he only stumbled across people who hate ey Saleh.
the government and who regreat having voted for Ahmadinejad, but he just took that like that because it fits better in his western model of the world in which ok, Iranians can be good, but the government is still inefficient and evil according to him, and needs to be removed

What’s the difference? When the west decides to attack Iran they will relate it to how evil the Iranian regime is anyway, not to how evil Iranians are. And they still will kill innocents to bring the “evil regime” down. Whey Saleh.
    o nowadays believe they wouldnt?

If there is something that I like less than those journalists that write nothing but propaganda, its journalists that write propaganda trying to look objective.

Please Iranians be careful. When the western press appears to be nice, theres a lot more to it than meets the eye. Saying Iran is not a decent country is just too much garbage to say. This journalist saying Iran is a decent country is not a lie but an inaccuracy, BECAUSE IRAN IS ACTUALLY AN AWESOME COUNTRY, a world power that doesnt need weapons to be so, but like the old achaemenid Persian Empire, based on spirituality and the ideals of brotherhood among nations. So what he says makes no difference if he is still giving people the idea that Iranians have to be freed from their awful slavery.

You always have to bear in mind that if Iran hasnt been directly attacked militarly for 30 years, representing the biggest threat to the new world order ideals, it’s a huge prove that they know they can’t do it. So never forget that the only way in which they can beat you is tearing you appart like they do through the media and articles like this one. I have so many wonderful things to say about Iran, and this journalist says none of them, because all of them imply that Iran is on the right path, and that it represents an independent and free nation. Much more free than the western nations which “say” they are free, but all the media is monopolized in every single country by a few corportarions that drive the public opinion the way they want. People “think” they can read everything, but that is even more dangerous, because they are actually fed with the news and world stories believing it is the absolute truth because information is supposed to be free. But it’s all a lie, and the government in Iran might also control the media, but isnt it better that people who are FROM your nation and understand the greatness of it drive the public opinion in a way that is benefitial for the nation, than foreigners and internationalists who want to see the world one homogenous and souless planet where it is easier to sell useless product$ saying that they make people free by giving them the news through their corporations of interests?
